Accessories and non-alcohol items may be available for shipping to more locations. Wine orders may require additional verification before shipment.
Most orders require processing time before shipment. Processing may take approximately 3–5 business days depending on order volume, product availability, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, tracking information may be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier route, holidays, weather, and order processing time. Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers may not show movement immediately. They usually become active once the carrier scans the package.
Wine can be sensitive to extreme heat and cold. During very hot summer months or very cold winter periods, Sparkle Vino may hold shipments temporarily to help protect product quality.

We do our best to protect wine shipments from handling and temperature-related issues; however, customers should consider weather conditions before ordering.
Faster shipping options may be available depending on location, inventory, and carrier availability. Express orders may still require standard processing before they are shipped.
Orders placed for faster delivery usually ship on the next available business day once the product is confirmed and ready.
Some orders may include or offer shipping protection/insurance options to help cover qualifying packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If shipping protection is declined where available, coverage for transit-related issues may be limited.
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. A legally eligible adult may be required to sign for the package at delivery.
Carrier instructions such as “leave at door,” “leave on porch,” or similar requests cannot be honored for wine shipments requiring adult signature.
We strongly recommend using an address where an adult 21 years of age or older will be available during delivery hours. Business addresses are often the best option for successful delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Shipping wine to hotels, temporary lodging, or short-term stay locations is not recommended and may not be accepted.
Packages delivered to hotels can be delayed, misplaced, or refused. Sparkle Vino may not be responsible for issues caused by shipping to temporary locations.
If no eligible adult is available to sign for the order, the carrier may attempt delivery again, hold the package, or return the package.
Additional fees may apply if an order is returned due to missed delivery, incorrect address, refusal, or failed age verification.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, bottle size, quantity, or vintage, please contact Sparkle Vino as soon as possible.
Include your order number, product details, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
If you believe a bottle has a quality issue, please do not empty the bottle. Replace the cork or closure and keep the remaining wine for review.
Return or replacement requests should be reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns may be subject to review, availability, and applicable policy terms.
